How to use it ?

Caution :

Some moles can hide more serious problems, so it is recommended that you consult a dermatologist to identify the nature of your moles before use.

Step 1: Take the screw attachment with the large opening and attach it to the pen.

Step 2: Choose which tip you will use. You can use the needles for extremely precise work or use the large pointed tip. If using a needle, you'll want to carefully take one out and thread it through the second screw attachment (it has a very small hole) and screw it on.

Step 3: Take some alcohol and swipe it over the area you'll be working on (as well as the large tip if you're using that) as well as washing your hands. This will kill any germs.

Step 4: Check your battery level first by turning on the device and double tap the power button. 3 is 100%, 2 is 75%, and 1 is 25%.

Step 5: Tap the power button and choose your setting. 1 is low, 2 is medium, 3 is high. It is recommended to start with level 1 because you need to become familiar with the device and observe how your skin reacts to its contact. Before pressing the tip onto the area, hold down the "OUT" button at the bottom and then press it very lightly onto the skin. You'll see an electric current when the tip contacts your skin.

Step 6: Go slowly and gently. If you find it a little painful, try changing to either a lower setting (when possible) or a thinner tip. You can also use a numbing cream a few minutes before you start the process to help make it more comfortable.

Step 7: When using the large tip, wipe it off from time to time. There may be a build-up of black at the tip and you don't want it to get stuck in it. Use a clean cloth or alcohol swab.

Step 8: Once you have reviewed the areas you need, wipe them gently with alcohol.

Step 9: Turn off your Dermalux Pro™ pen.

Step 10: Wipe off the tip you used with alcohol and find a safe place to store your pen.

***It is not recommended doing treatments one day after another, let you body heal for a few days before doing it again so you can see the results clearly from your first treatment.

For spots: Make a back and forth movement on the spot. If it is deep, do the process once and then wait for the healing to start again.

For moles: Identify the extent of the mole: part of the mole develops on the surface layer of the skin, and the growth of the mole roots develops on the deep subcutaneous tissue. With the use of the needle at the end of the mole cutting surface, the best way is to burn the cells into small squares.
